Sioux Falls

Just wondering if anyone is wondering what is going on in Sioux Falls, South Dakota...I have the update to keep everyone upto date on it.

We have the construction pretty much done, this past week they sprayed the walls and were spraying the ceiling so instead of having a black ceiling it is now going to be white. After the ceilings get done being sprayed it will be time to start working on the floors.

When it was the Goodwin Building they had carpet glued to the concrete floors. They are going to rent a scraper and scrap off the glue and make the concrete look like NEW. Once they get done scraping the floor they will then put a sealer on the floor to make it shiny.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well it is time for doing some Roofing and Concrete work outside - today is not to bad in Sioux City, Iowa. We are still promoting the Milwaukee 1-3/4" Roofing Nailer for $189.00 - I dont know how much longer I will be able to promote this nailer at this price.

We also have 1-1/4" 7200 ct Roofing Nailer and we are selling it at $22.99 - our friends at the BIG M are selling them at $24.49 and the Big Orange is selling them at $25.29 ea. We have alot of these in stock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MILWAUKEE

Hey Everyone

I thought that I would bring it to everyone's attention on what is going on with Milwaukee Electric - YES Tool Depot 247.com does bleed red.

They have finally come out with the V28 Lithium-ion Vacuum and the V18/18 Volt Lithium-ion/Nicd Battery Vacuum which we are selling for $99.00 - we dont have it on the site yet but we will have it on there soon. Milwaukee is also promoting this by offering a mail-in rebate. Purchase a V28 Milwaukee Combo - Kit you can get the vacuum for free. Purchase a V18 combo kit you can mail-in for the vacuum for free.

They have also come out with the NEW V28 Grinder - we are bringing this in as a BARE Tool. We are not bringing in the kit because it only comes with 1 battery and is just as expensive as the Drill Driver with Hammer mode with 2 batteries.
